It seems really unfortunate, but most website owners AND the website managers often do not seem to know that their websites have been hijacked by iFrame viruses. Recently, while looking for some information on one of Mongolia's top computer science universities, I ran across this:

And because the owners probably do not have any idea of the virus, they are most certainly not aware that their websites are spreading the virus to other unsuspecting website visitors, thus further spreading the virus.
To see if your website has been hijacked, first make sure to have an updated anti-virus program. If you do not have something viable, feel free to download a free copy of Avast antivirus. You can read all the reviews and downlaoad it here: Avast Home Edition - Free Antivirus. It is probably THE HIGHEST RATED anti-virus program in the world, by users.
You can also read an article on my own blog that detail the best way to protect your own personal computer with some of the best tools in the world for free here: PC Security Tips – Best Computer Protection Software Against Viruses, Malware, & Hack Attempts
I've had cases, where I told my friends of his websites being hijacked, but the web designer at the time could not remove the virus. They could not even tell there was a virus. In that case, download a copy of Avast, from the links above.
To remove the virus, follow my steps as outlined in my earlier blog posts here on WebGuru's blog: iFrame Virus - How To Remove It
HAPPY VIRUS HUNTING!!
